K & K Cleaning Contractors provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through phone or email.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to cancel within the 24-hour window may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on the scope and frequency of the service.
• Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and other agreed-upon methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Areas to be cleaned should be reasonably accessible and free from hazardous materials.
• Pets should be secured or kept away during service.

5. Liability

• K & K Cleaning Contractors will take reasonable care during services but is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
• We carry insurance to cover accidents or damages caused by our staff during service.
• Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for repeated cancellations, unpaid invoices, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
